How do we work ?

We publish, for a long time, copiously illustrated catalogues which are distributed in more than 20 countries, these are paying, as soon as you become a regular customer they are sent to you gracefully.

We can photocopy, scan or take a photograph of the parts nonavailable in the catalogues or the newsletters so that you have a more precise visual.
We take only the mancolists, i.e. that we treat the lists of research once and that we do not preserve them: you must send us the updated lists regularly.

Shipping costs

About the shipping cost, we send you the exact amount by email as soon as we packed and weighed your order (not a fixed price but the exact price). Normal shipping, in this case we release ourselves from all responsibilities in the event of loss or theft, except if you make a written request. Registered mail on request. These conditions apply to all our shippings.

Payments

For France the cheques or the mandates are accepted, for foreigners the credit transfers are very good means of payment with limited charges, it is enough for you to have our IBAN number.
