Long live photo-novels!!
This popular literature (or encore, from station newsstands, etc.) has always had an advantage over the so-called "great" literature: it has to be read from A to Z, which isn't really the case for Fémina, Goncourt, etc., which look great in the library, good chic, good genre, but which bring little emotion since they are often not read!!
In these small formats (the best known being Satanik), we find sex and violence. That good old cocktail that made us dream without turning us into pedophiles or politicians. We returned A very important lot, this is the first part, the covers alone are little sixties favorites... Charming or crazy stories, unpretentious, and then it's full of pin-ups, starlets, and nice little texts. In short, a whole world to discover that no one, to our knowledge, had gathered and presented.
It wasn't the spirit of profit that guided our choice, but our passion for the popular; there weren't only Satanik, Lord X, and other Fatalik. Welcome to this cruel and debauched world full of good guys and hellish chicks!!
