From the beginning of the erotic era, X publications were a pleasant surprise.
But over the years, money became the priority, as it does everywhere else. Some major publishers gradually stopped printing and sold their rights, or part of them.
Others dug into their archives to produce “best of” collections featuring photos that had already been seen a few years earlier.
Other magazines changed countries and therefore names.
A small number of X enthusiasts didn't see anything wrong with this and didn't care about the good condition of these paper dreams from the 1970s, so I got rid of them.
In some countries, the cover was bland while the inside was “hot,” always for fear of censorship.
I decided to sell off the magazines that were no longer any good.
They are easy to spot: a copyright notice with no date (no year or month) and pseudo-text in several languages (four or five visible on small flags on the cover) was a sign of endings or copies. The Bis issues are also a patchwork of editing.. Often titles with a single issue number 10, 12, 15, 23 or others, but only that one!
And then there were many best-of collections. SILWA and PLEASURE did this from the beginning with their “pseudo-texts” in several languages, but they gave a publication date with the month and year. However, they were pirated when they ceased publication.
I have a few rare issues whose covers are a little worn, but the inside is still perfect. As some people will find snippets of their past in them, I have set a low price and I am going to hunt through my stock, but as I am honest, I must point out that all the issues offered in this “SALES” section are still X-rated (pornographic) magazines!
