These magazines from our German neighbors are original and have quickly won over a loyal international audience.
Unlike those I sell at a discount because they are undated and translated into four languages, which are signs of best-of or copies, 
PLEASURE is quite the opposite. From the beginning, it was in several languages and numbered on the back. Some issues were undated, but none were copies or best-ofs.
The publisher of BUSEN, BUSEN EXTRA, PLEASURE, and PINK, which are fairly common X-rated magazines of this kind, was very rigorous, announcing the translated texts on the cover, 

But with GIRLS (Germany) arriving in the mid-1970s, it was a different story!

It was a surprising magazine, measuring 17 x 24 cm like most of these “magazines to hide.”
It made its mark, not through any “trashy” content that might have sold well at the time, but through a blend of the 1960s
with superb presentation and photography, all on high-quality paper.

Presentation: no issue number on the front cover until issue 24 (before that, the issue number was on the back of the magazine) and only the word GIRLS.
This superb magazine quickly increased its number of pages, with issue 7 having 68 pages (in 1978) and issue 35 in 1988 having 100 pages!
In all issues, there were about ten gorgeous young women (mostly from the adult film industry and sometimes very well known), but alone without any partners.

This originality, offering the reader only their image, created a kind of complicity, and the magazine was a success.

BUSEN and BUSEN EXTRA had the same type of presentation (except for a few group photos, but without any libertine action).
PLEASURE and PINK (undated) were more conventional in concept, with “active” groups and the same quality of photos, models, and presentation as all the publisher's other magazines.

This beautiful magazine is increasingly sought after by collectors.
